The Paglietti Law Firm was founded in 1898 by Mr. Nicola Paglietti. Until mid fifties, the Firm practised in Sardinia, in the area of civil law focusing, in particular, in the study for the establishment of the rights of personality.
Subsequently, the Firm has operated in Rome, offering legal advice on the major fields of civil law, thanks to the strong professional and moral capabilities and experience of Professor Adriano Paglietti.
Currently, the Firm intends to consolidate the experience made in the past, following the cultural and moral lay out of the founding members, with the aim to provide the clients with a personal and detailed assistance, always in the forefront, in a legal environment which is rapidly changing.
iIn order to realise such goal, the Firm avails itself of 11 lawyers, some of which practitioners of foreign laws and procedures, specialised in the different areas of civil, criminal and administrative law, with a network of national and international correspondents.
