IP/IT and unfair competition
The Firm provides legal services covering contentious and non-contentious IP and IT related issues, including trademarks, patents, domain names and unfair competition.
With respect to non-contentious activities, the Firm is particularly focused in the drafting of licence agreements and agreements for the transfer of intellectual property rights (including know-how), availing itself of leading firms for the procedures relating to the deposit of patents.
In addition, the Firm provides legal advise and opinions covering the unfair competition related issues, focusing, in particular, on the launch of new products (the so-called “look alike”).
