Data Protection
The Firm provides services relating to the early regulation covering data protection and privacy, introduced by Legislative Decree 196/2003, assisting clients in the drafting of all documents required under the law (including, among others, the information report, the form for the request of consent, the form for the appointment of the deputy officer and the officer responsible of data processing, the safety programmatic document). The activity includes advise for the fulfilment of the compulsory security measures to be put in place under the law.
