The Firm provides local public administrations and companies controlled by public administrations, with a complete range of non-contentious work.
In particular, with respect to bids and tenders, the Firm is entrusted to draft documents and papers required by national and EU law and regulations for the performance of public tenders for the purchase of services and products (such as, call for tenders, invitation letters, tender regulations, tender specifications).
In addition, the Firm has acquired experience in the activities for the creation of legal entities owned by both private and public companies and provides legal advice in all phases of the administrative disputes before the national Regional Administrative Courts (TAR) and the Italian Administrative Supreme Court (Consiglio di Stato).
