He specialises in civil, commercial and civil procedure law. He has a law degree from the University of Rome La Sapienza and in 1994 was admitted to the Rome Bar.
He is partner of the Paglietti Law firm.
He acts for corporate clients, large groups, banks, public companies listed in the Milan Stock Exchange, financial institutions, agencies and entities controlled by local public administrations, created in order to sustain and develop small-medium enterprises also through EU resources.
He has recently acted for leading Italian companies in transactions of mergers and acquisitions and has acquired a large experience in the drafting and management of the legal issues relating to public and private bids.
During 2004, he has focused on the study of the main issues arising from the implementation of the recent entry into force of the law of reform of the Italian company law.
